Working Student Marketing (m/f/d) in Berlin

Invesdor Berlin
Part-time
Intern / Student

We are looking for you

You don’t just want to hear about marketing in lectures – you want to actually do it?
You enjoy diving into numbers, getting creative, and building campaigns in a team that primarily activate our DACH crowd? Then you’ll probably be a great fit for us.
At Invesdor, Europe’s leading impact investment platform, we combine returns with impact. Through our platform, people invest in companies that want to make the world a little better – from renewable energy to MedTech and EdTech.

You will be responsible for

As a working student in Marketing, you’re right in the middle of things, not just watching from the sidelines. You’ll work on campaigns that make our projects visible, strengthen our brand in the DACH region, and excite our crowd with the right content. From day one, you’ll have your own clearly defined areas of responsibility and gradually take on small projects yourself – with full support from the team, of course.

Your tasks: from numbers to DACH activation

Your role is intentionally broad. Depending on the project, you’ll support our marketing team, for example in:
Content & Creation
  • Creating graphics and visuals in Canva for social media, newsletters and online campaigns
  • Supporting Google Ads and social media ads (e.g. draft copy, image formats, preparation of A/B tests)
  • Helping manage our channels such as LinkedIn or Instagram – with a special focus on our DACH target audiences
  • Supporting the creation of landing pages, blog posts or email campaigns to activate our crowd
DACH Crowd & Partner Activation
  • Supporting the development and implementation of measures to activate our DACH crowd (e.g. campaigns, newsletter specials, community formats)
  • Researching, approaching and supporting potential affiliate and cooperation partners (e.g. platforms, blogs, communities)
  • Assisting with joint marketing activities with partners (e.g. co-branded content, social media collaborations, webinars)
Numbers & Analytics
  • Supporting KPI tracking and simple reporting (e.g. campaign performance, click rates, conversion rates)
  • Evaluating measures and deriving initial recommendations: What worked well, what can we improve?
  • Supporting the monitoring of our marketing activities in the DACH region
Own projects
  • Taking ownership of a small, dedicated project, for example managing a social media format, a newsletter or an affiliate initiative
  • Responsibility for planning, execution and simple reporting – with feedback and sparring from the team
Strategy & Ideas
  • Contributing to the development of creative ideas on how we can further improve the activation of our international – especially DACH – crowd
  • Taking part in brainstormings for new formats, campaigns or storytelling approaches
  • Acting as an interface to other teams in Finland, Germany and the Netherlands to coordinate content and projects
Don’t worry: you don’t have to be perfect at everything already. What matters is that you’re curious, keen to dive in, and ready to take on more responsibility step by step.

What we offer

  • You’ll have a dedicated contact person in Marketing who supports you during onboarding and in your projects.
  • If you like, you can also get a look into other areas (e.g. Product, Sales or Investor Relations) to better understand the bigger picture.
  • Insights into truly broad marketing – from performance & KPIs to creative concepts
  • Working in an international environment with colleagues from different countries
  • A motivated team with flat hierarchies and plenty of room for your own ideas
  • An office right on Berlin’s Ku’damm plus the option to work from home
  • Clear weekly hours that fit your studies (e.g. around 15–20 hours per week, more during semester breaks if you like)
  • Flexibility during exam periods: in exam phases, you can adjust your hours in consultation with us.
  • An open, relaxed working atmosphere – we’re on a first-name basis and decision-making paths are genuinely short.
Interested?
Then send us your application (short cover letter, CV, relevant certificates and your earliest possible start date) to: jobs@invesdor.de
If you like, you can also include one or two work samples, for example:
  • Graphics created in Canva
  • Social media posts
  • A university project (e.g. campaign concept or analysis)
That’s completely optional, though. We’re looking forward to getting to know you! :)

To be successful in this role you will need

You’re still studying and really want to learn marketing – not just build slides. If you recognize yourself in some of the following points, we’re looking forward to your application:
  • You’re studying, for example, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media or Economics – or something similar.
  • You enjoy digital marketing, social media and online campaigns.
  • You work in a structured way and are not afraid of numbers, Excel or similar tools.
  • Initial experience with Canva or a similar design tool is a plus.
  • You like working in a team, bring your own ideas, and can drive topics forward independently.
  • You speak German at native level and very good English, as we work internationally.
  • Ideally, you can support us in the longer term (at least 12 months or more), so you can get properly up to speed and take ownership of your own topics.

You’re not sure if you meet all the criteria? Apply anyway – motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than a 100% perfect profile.
