We are looking for you

Our team operates across several European markets including the Netherlands, Finland and Germany, and we combine a collaborative work culture with high standards in digital marketing, CRM usage and data driven decision making.

To support our growing marketing team, we are looking for a motivated working student who is eager to learn, curious about new tools and trends, and ready to take responsibility in a supportive environment.

This role is designed for students who are in their master’s degree and plan to study for at least one more year. We aim for a long term collaboration where you grow with us.

You will be responsible for

You will support our marketing team across a variety of tasks, giving you hands on experience in digital marketing. Your focus will include:

Creating visuals for newsletters, campaigns and social channels using Figma and Canva
Assisting with search and content optimisation using Semrush
Helping prepare reports, dashboards and weekly insights
Collaborating with our team on cross channel campaigns
Exploring new tools and approaches to strengthen our activities

Optional but highly valued:
Experience in a fintech setting or in a fast paced digital startup environment.

Our toolset

You will work with modern marketing tools, including:

HubSpot as our central CRM and automation system
Semrush for SEO
Figma and Canva for visuals
Google Analytics, GTM and Power BI for reporting

To be successful in this role you will need

You are currently enrolled in a master’s programme for at least one more year
Genuine motivation to learn and grow in digital marketing and CRM usage
First experience in content creation, email marketing or social media
Curiosity for new technologies and marketing tools
A proactive mindset and a structured way of working
Strong written communication skills in English. German is a plus but not required

Deine Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen unser Marketingteam bei einer Vielzahl von Aufgaben und sammeln dabei praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich digitales Marketing. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

Erstellung von Grafiken für Newsletter, Kampagnen und soziale Kanäle mit Figma und Canva
Unterstützung bei der Such- und Inhaltsoptimierung mit Semrush
Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Dashboards und wöchentlichen Insights
Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team bei kanalübergreifenden Kampagnen
Erkundung neuer Tools und Ansätze zur Stärkung unserer Aktivitäten

Optional, aber sehr willkommen:
Erfahrung im Fintech-Bereich oder in einem schnelllebigen digitalen Startup-Umfeld.

Damit überzeugst Du uns

Du bist derzeit in einem Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben, der noch mindestens ein Jahr dauert
Echte Motivation, im Bereich digitales Marketing und CRM-Nutzung zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Content-Erstellung, E-Mail-Marketing oder Social Media
Neugierde für neue Technologien und Marketing-Tools
Eine proaktive Denkweise und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.
Deutsch ist von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich
