We are looking to strengthen our Helsinki office with a part-time Customer Support & Community Assistant who wants to grow with us.
You will be responsible for
As Customer Support & Community Assistant, you are one of the first points of contact for our Finnish investors. You support them during the investment process, help them with questions about the platform, and make sure they feel welcome and well taken care of.
At the same time, you help to build and nurture our Finnish investor community together with our international team in Finland, Germany and the Netherlands.
Your main tasks
- Answer investor questions by phone, chat and mail in a friendly and clear way
- Help investors with practical steps such as registration, identification and payments
- Support investors to complete the investment process
- „Perform back-office tasks, e.g., processing customer withdrawal requests, completing identification steps, and maintaining/updating customer details Collect feedback from investors and share it with the team
- Support improvements for the Finnish investor journey and help expand self-service options (e.g., FAQs, guides, templates).
- Develop re-activation measures for inactive investors
- Support small community activities, such as online Q&A sessions, webinars or investor info mails for the Finnish market
You will receive training and support from our experienced international team, so you do not need to know everything about investing from day one.

To be successful in this role you will need
This role is ideal for a student who wants to gain work experience in a professional, international environment.
You might recognise yourself in this:
- You currently study hospitality, business, tourism, communications or another service-oriented field
- You enjoy helping people and like to create a positive experience
- You communicate clearly and politely, also when something is complex or stressful
- You are accurate and organised, and you are comfortable working with digital tools
- You are curious about investing, finance or business and would like to learn more
- You speak Finnish fluently and you have good written and spoken English. Swedish is seen as an advantage
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception work or similar and interest in investing is a plus, but not a strict requirement if you are motivated and willing to learn.
