We are looking for you

As an Investment Manager Real Estate, you will help shape the sustainable transformation of the real estate sector. You will identify and manage exciting projects in the area of sustainable real estate development – from residential housing to mixed-use neighborhoods and social infrastructure. You will build new partnerships with developers, asset managers, and institutional partners and turn them into successful financings on our digital platform.
With your knowledge of real estate markets, your ability to structure complex financing cases, and your entrepreneurial mindset, you will be a key contact for our partners and investors.

You will be responsible for

Market Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the sustainable real estate sector across the DACH region.
Project Responsibility: Lead project assessment, due diligence, market analysis, and financing structuring, including negotiation of term sheets and contracts.
Partner Management: Support real estate developers and sponsors throughout the financing process and build long-term partnerships.
Investor Relations: Help prepare and present projects in a compelling way for our platform and investor audiences.
Strategic Input: Contribute ideas to further develop our real estate offering and help position us as a leading provider of sustainable property financing.

To be successful in this role you will need

Degree in business, finance, real estate, or a comparable qualification.
At least 5 years of professional experience in real estate financing or structuring – ideally with a developer, bank, investment firm, or family office.
Solid understanding of real estate finance and a strong feel for market opportunities.
Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach; confident communication with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in German and English.
Ideally, experience with digital investment platforms or innovative financing models.

Du baust neue Partnerschaften zu Projektentwicklern, Bestandshaltern und institutionellen Partnern auf und entwickelst daraus erfolgreiche Finanzierungen auf unserer digitalen Plattform.
Dein Verständnis für Immobilienmärkte, Deine Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung komplexer Finanzierungsvorhaben und Dein unternehmerischer Blick machen Dich zum zentralen Ansprechpartner für unsere Partner und Investoren.

Deine Aufgaben

Marktentwicklung: Du erschließt aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bereich nachhaltiger Immobilienprojekte in der DACH-Region.
Projektverantwortung: Du leitest die Projektprüfung, Due Diligence, Marktanalyse und Finanzierungsstrukturierung bis hin zur Verhandlung der Vertragswerke.
Partnermanagement: Du betreust Entwickler und Immobilienunternehmen entlang des gesamten Finanzierungsprozesses und entwickelst langfristige Kooperationen.
Investor Relations: Du unterstützt dabei, Projekte optimal für unsere Plattform und Investorenzielgruppen aufzubereiten und wirkungsvoll zu präsentieren.
Strategiebeitrag: Du bringst Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Real Estate-Angebots ein und trägst zur Positionierung als führender Anbieter nachhaltiger Immobilienfinanzierungen bei.

Damit überzeugst Du uns

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Strukturierung oder Finanzierung von Immobilienprojekten – etwa bei einem Projektentwickler, einem Kreditinstitut, einem Investmenthaus oder einem Family Office.
Du verstehst die Mechanismen nachhaltiger Immobilienfinanzierung und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marktpotenziale.
Du agierst unternehmerisch, denkst lösungsorientiert und kommunizierst sicher mit Entscheidungsträgern.
Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit digitalen Investmentplattformen oder innovativen Finanzierungsmodellen.
