You will be responsible for

As Sales & Investment Manageryou’ll be responsible for identifying and closing financing deals with SMEs across Europe. With your strategic mindset and relationship-building skills, you’ll foster partnerships with businesses and financial advisors. From due diligence to negotiation, you’ll oversee the entire financing lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and investors. 

You will be responsible for 

  • Market Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of SME financing opportunities in the Netherlands and across Europe.
  • Project Leadership: Guide financing projects through due diligence, risk analysis, and deal structuring to successful execution.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to SMEs, helping them pitch their projects effectively and navigate the financing process.
  • Strategic Contribution: Shape the development of our SME debt business, bringing innovative ideas to drive market expansion and impact.

To be successful in this role you will need

  • Experience: at least 4 years as commercial manager in SME finance, private debt, or related fields, with a proven track record of structuring deals and a strong commercial responsibility.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical and entrepreneurial mindsetwith strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of credit analysisfinancial modeling, and SME market dynamics.
  • LanguagesFluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
  • Mindset: Proactivesolution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
